Born a chubby little fella to a Scottish mother and an English father who at the time, was serving in the RAF.

I always remember this defining time in my life, my dad bravely checking our car for explosives with family around the corner. Starting the car was interesting, and I used to think it could happen anytime!

Breaking leg in 2000

Something that affects my movement every day of my life. Although not debilitating I played a football match, and an opponent said hed break my leg and he did.

Leading Expedition 2007

One of the most challenging expeditions I have organised. I took 20 officers and soldiers the paddle waters the British Army have never done.

Having dated way back, we met back up and have been together ever since.

Although the picture was taken in Spain on holiday, having children in my life is all I ever wanted. I feel blessed!

One of my last exercises in the British Army. I left as a Sergeant in 2010. It was a difficult decision but the write one at the time. I served for 14 years.

7 marathons in 7 days, my first challenge to help raise money for the Southampton General High Dependancy Unit who saved my son’s life.

Breaking 3hrs 2016

Off the back of running 7 marathons in 7 days, I set the challenge of breaking 3hrs in sandals which I did by the skin of my teeth.

Hernia Operation 2020
