Training on your own builds discipline. Training with others builds something deeper.
When you share the early mornings, the hard sessions, and the good races, and even the bad ones, it changes the whole experience. It stops being just about chasing your own numbers and becomes about growth, support, and accountability.
That is why I set up the Beyond the Run Community, a place for runners to connect, share their wins and setbacks, and build something real together.
If you have ever felt like you are doing it all on your own, maybe it is time to train alongside people who get it.
