Looking to improve your running without the pressure of racing or trying to keep up with a club?
Every Monday at 7 pm, we meet in Pinnacle Performance in Hamble Point Marina for a coached group session focused on technique, pacing, and progress, not perfection.
These sessions are designed for all levels:
- Whether you’re training for a marathon or just getting started
- Whether you’re returning from injury or building consistency
- Whether you’re chasing a PB or just need a reason to show up
It’s a relaxed but structured environment. No egos. No stopwatch pressure. Just a group of people moving forward together, quite literally.
